WARRANTY
Eurolux Stretch Ceilings & Walls offers a Manufacturer’s Warranty on the stretch ceilings/walls sold and installed, against all defects in workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of sale.
We take utmost care in storage, production, packing, transportation, and installation, to achieve zero defect at all levels. On completion of every project, a signed certificate for 10 years warranty against any manufacturing defect is issued to the client. However, the defects arising out of the following are not warranted for:
- Improper use or handling of our stretch ceilings or walls.
- Improper installation where installation is done by persons other than Eurolux authorized technicians.
- Defective products/components not manufactured by Eurolux.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
Eurolux offers excellent after sales support on all our ceiling & wall solutions installed at customer locations. We’re with you at every stage of installation and maintenance for which we also offer Annual Maintenance Service.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE
This is a paid service that can be availed to ensure proper maintenance of your Eurolux Stretch Ceilings/Walls. The details of this service can be taken from our Project Managers.
